Limitations

Limitations
The approval does not include handlers in control of the use of vertebrate toxic agents, pesticides and veterinary medicines.
The following limitations apply to all Stationary Container System approvals:
Limitation: The approval is limited to existing stationary container systems installed prior to April 2004.
Limitation: The approval is limited to below ground tanks which have a maximum capacity of 60,000 L (aggregate total) per tank used to contain a class 3.1 hazardous liquid.
Limitation: The approval is limited to above and below ground LPG vessels (for which a valid PECPR certificate of inspection is in place) to a maximum capacity of 12,000 litres (water capacity) per tank.
